2020/2021 Breeding Season Has Begun

Several girls are starting to ovulate. Already have a few bred and even a few early eggs in the incubator already. This season should be a great one. I've spent the last few days rewiring a couple racks. I previously had each level wired separately into power bars, but found that it's just too easy for one to get unplugged or turned off. I have rewired each strip into a long chain, so now if one goes off they all do. Hope this works our better. I did find the vivarium electronics thermostat using thg heat tape is much hotter then then helix dbs1000s set to the same temperature. I previously used it with flexwatt which does run at a lower temperature then the thg. Anyway, this is my first blog on here. Hope I can eventually be of some assistance to other breeders by blogging about what not to do. Lol.
